Sammy was born and raised in Texas. After getting a degree in Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Houston, he started investing in real estate, specifically raw land. As his real estate investments developed, he pursued real estate investing as a fulltime career. The real estate market here in the U.S. incentivized him to make investments in his hometown of Houston, TX.
Today he is still based out of Houston, TX to focus on expanding his real estate holdings. Sammy believes that people should be kind and caring in every situation, which allows him to relate very well to sellers who are sometimes dealing with a stressful situation when selling their property.
